إن وزير التجارة والصناعات التقليدية،
بعد الاطلاع على القانون عدد 64 لسنة 1991 المؤرخ في 29 جويلية 1991 المتعلق بالمنافسة والأسعار وعلى جميع النصوص التي نقحته وتممته وخاصة القانون عدد 60 لسنة 2005 المؤرخ في 18 جويلية 2005 وخاصة الفصلين 5 و6 منه،
وعلى القانون عدد 117 لسنة 1992 المؤرخ في 17 ديسمبر 1992 المتعلق بحماية المستهلك،
