يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
تلغى الفقرة الثالثة من الفصل 3 والفقرة الثانية من الفصل 15 والفقرة الثانية من الفصل 118 والفصل 121 والفقرة الأولى من الفصل 131 والفصلين 200 و214 والفقرتين الثالثة والرابعة من الفصل 220 والفقرة الأولى من الفصل 251 والفصلين 252 و254 و
