Le Président de la République promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :
Article premier
L'expression «réception définitive au cours de la période allant du 17 décembre 2010 au 31 décembre 20

The President of the Republic shall enact the following law :
Article one
The expression “final reception during the period starting from 17 December 2012 till 31 December 2011” mentioned in article 11 of law n° 2012-1 dated 16 May 2012 r
باسم الشعب،
و بعد مصادقة المجلس الوطني التأسيسي،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القـانون الآتي نصّه :
الفصل الأوّل
تعوّض عبارة " بالتسليم النهائي خلال الفترة الممتدة من 17 ديسمبر 2010 إلى 31 ديسمبر 2011" الواردة بالفصل 11 من القـانون عدد 1 لسنة 2012 المؤرخ في 16 ماي 2012 والمتعلّق بقانـــــون المالية التكميلي لسنــــة 2012 بعبــار
