Having regard to the investments incentive code promulgated by law n° 93-120 dated 27 December l993 and all amending and completing texts and notably law n° 2009-5 dated 26 January 2009,
Having regard to decree n° 94-427 dated 14
ألغي ضمنيا بالفصل 27 من القـانون عدد 71 لسنة 2016 لسنة 2016 المؤرخ في 30 سبتمبر 2016 المتعلق بقانون الاستثمار
إن رئيس الجمهورية،
باقتراح من وزير الفلاحة والموارد المائية،
بعد الاطلاع على مجلة تشجيع الاستثمارات الصادرة بالقـانون عدد 120 لسنة 1993 المؤرخ في 27 ديسمبر 1993 وعلى جميع النصوص التي نقحتها أو تممتها وخاصة القـانون عدد 5 لسنة 200
