Article premier
Est inséré au code des assurances promulgué par la loi n° 92-24 du 9 mars 1992, un septième titre s’intit

The President of the Republic enacts the following law:
Article one
Shall be introduced to the insurance code enacted by law n° 92-24 dated 9 March 1992, a seventh title called; “Takaful insurance” and comprising the articles from 201 to 217 as

وبعد مصادقة المجلس الوطني التأسيسي.
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
يدرج بمجلة التأمين الصادرة بمقتضى القانون عدد 24 لسنة 1992 المؤرخ في 9 مارس 1992، عنوان سابع يسمى "التأمين التكافلي" ويتضمن الفصول 201 إلى 217 التالية :
