Le Président de la République promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :
Article premier
est promulgué, en vertu de la présente loi, le code des ports maritimes.

Les dispositions du pr&eacu

The Chamber of Deputies and the Chamber of Advisors having adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following law:
Article one
The seaports code is promulgated in accordance with the law herein.
Art 2
The provisions of the code herein are applicable to pleasure ports within two years
باسم الشعب،
وبعد موافقة مجلس النواب ومجلس المستشارين،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
تصدر بمقتضى هذا القانون مجلة الموانئ البحرية.
الفصل 2
تنطبق أحكام هذه المجلة على الموانئ الترفيهية في أجل سنتين من تاريخ صدورها.
الفصل 3
تلغى ابتداء من تاريخ نفاذ هذه المجلة مجلة موانئ البحرية التجارية الصادرة بالقانو
