باقتراح من وزير المالية،
بعد الاطلاع على مجلة التأمين الصادرة بمقتضى القـانون عدد 24 لسنة 1992 المؤرخ في 9 مارس 1992 كما تم تنقيحها وإتمامها بالنصوص اللاحقة،
وعلى القـانون عدد 98 لسنة 2000 المؤرخ في 25 ديسمبر 2000 المتعلق بقانون المالية لسنة 2001 وخاصة الفصول من 35 إلى 39 منه المتعلقة بإحداث صندوق ضمان المؤمن لهم،
