- It is added to article 2 of decree law n° 64-3 dated 20 February 1964, relating to the compulsory land registration, ratified by law n° 64-3 dated 21 April 1964,

يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
ـ تضاف إلى الفصل 2 من المرسوم عدد 3 لسنة 1964 المؤرخ في 20 فيفري 1964 المتعلق بالتسجيل العقاري الإجباري والمصادق عليه بالقانون عدد 3 لسنة 1964 المؤرخ في 21 أفريل 1964 كما تم تنقيحه وإتمامه بالقانون عدد 28 لسنة 1979 المؤرخ في 11 ماي 1979 فقرة ثانية
