بعد الاطلاع على القــانون عدد 95 لسنة 2005 المؤرخ في 18 أكتوبر 2005 المتعلق بتربية الماشية وبالمنتجات الحيوانية وخاصة الفصل 11 منه،
وعلى الأمــر عدد 419 لسنة 2001 المؤرخ في 13 فيفري 2001 المتعلق بضبط مشمولات وزارة الفلاحة،
