بعد الاطلاع على مجلة تشجيع الاستثمارات الصادرة بمقتضى القـانون عدد 120 لسنة 1993 المؤرخ في 27 ديسمبر 1993 كما تم تنقيحها وإتمامها بالنصوص اللاحقة وخاصة المرسوم عدد 28 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 18 أفريل 2011 المتعلق بإجراءات جبائية ومالية لمساندة الاقتصاد الوطني،
