يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
يرخص للدولة في الالتزام بالتعهدات والشروط الواردة بالاتفاقية المبرمة بتونس في 3 ماي 2008 مع شركة بوخاطر للاستثمارات المحدودة والمتعلقة بإنجاز مشروع "المدن الرياضية العالمية تونس" بالبحيرة الشمالية لمدينة تونس.
