وبعد موافقة مجلس النواب ومجلس المستشارين،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الباب الأول
أحكام عامة
الفصل الأول
يضبط هذا القانون الإيواء السياحي بنظام اقتسام الوقت.
الفصل 2
الإيواء السياحي بنظام اقتسام الوقت هو حق الانتفاع بالإقامة لمدة محدّدة في وحدة سياحية معدة لهذا الغرض طبقا لمقتضيات هذا القانون.
