The People’s Representatives Assembly having adopted,
The President of the Republic shall enact the following law:
Single article
The provisions of article 79 of law n° 2013-54 dated 30 December 2013, relating to the Finance Law for the year 2014, shall be repealed and replaced by the following:

وبعد مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب.
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
تلغى أحكام الفصل 79 من القانون عدد 54 لسنة 2013 المؤرخ في 30 ديسمبر 2013 والمتعلق بقانون المالية لسنة 2014 وتعوّض بما يلي :
الفصل 79 (جديد)
1 ـ تتخلى الدولة عن المبالغ المستحقة أصلا وفائضا بعنوان القروض الفلاحية المتحصل عليها إلى موفى
