وبعد مصادقة المجلس الوطني التأسيسي،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الأساسي الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
تمت المصادقة على الاتفاقية بين حكومة الجمهورية التونسية وحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية لتجنب الازدواج الضريبي ولمنع التهرّب الضريبي في شأن الضرائب على الدخل، الملحقة بهذا القانون الأساسي والمبرمة بتونس في 8 جويلية 2010.
