Le Président de la République promulgue la loi organique dont la teneur suit :

Est ratifiée, la convention annexée à la présente loi organique, concernant l’assistance administrative mutu

Shall be ratified, the convention annexed to the organic law herein, dealing with the mutual administrative assistance as for tax, adopted in Strasbourg on 25 January 198

وبعد مصادقة المجلس الوطني التأسيسي،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الأساسي الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
تمت المصادقة على الاتفاقية الملحقة بهذا القانون الأساسي المتعلقة بالمساعدة الإدارية المتبادلة في المادة الجبائية والمعتمدة بستراسبورغ في 25 جانفي 1988 من قبل مجلس أوروبا ومنظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية والمنقحة بالبروتوكول المعتمد
