إن رئيس الجمهورية،
باقتراح من وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والتضامن والتونسيين بالخارج،
بعد الاطلاع على القـانون عدد 27 لسنة 1966 المؤرخ في 30 أفريل 1966 والمتعلق بإصدار مجلة الشغل، وخاصة على الفصل 3 منه،
وعلى مجلة الشغل وخاصة الفصل 134 منها،
وعلى القـانون عدد 78 لسنة 1985 المؤرخ في 5 أوت 1985 المتعلق بضبط النظام الأساسي العام لأعوان الدواوين
