Vu le décret-lot n° 2011-14 du 13 mars 2011, porta

Having regard to decree-law n° 2011-14 dated 13 March 2011, relating to the temporary organization of public auth
ان رئيس الجمهورية المؤقت،
باقتراح من وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية،
بعد الاطلاع على مجلة الشغل الصادرة بمقتضى القانون عدد 27 لسنة 1966 المؤرخ في 30 أفريل 1966 كما تم تنقيحها وإتمامها بالنصوص اللاحقة،
وعلى المرسوم عدد 14 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 23 مارس 2011 المتعلق بالتنظيم المؤقت للسلط العمومية،
وعلى مداولة مجلس الوزراء.
