Article unique
Sont abrogées, les dispositions de l’article 113 du code de procédure civile et commerciale et remplac&eacu

The Chamber of Deputies and the Chamber of Advisors having adopted,
The President of The Republic enacts the following law:
Single article
Are repealed the provisions of the article 113 of the civil and commercial proceedings code and replaced as follows:
Article 113 (new)

يبين الخبير المصاريف المبذولة وأجرته بالاعتماد على العناصر التالية :
1- الساعات المقضاة لدراسة الملف وللقيام بالأعمال الميدانية
