Vu l’avis du gouverneur de la banque centrale de Tunisie.
Prend le décret-loi dont
The President of the Republic by interim,
On a proposal from the Minister of Finance,
Having regard to the opinion of the Minister of Justice,
Having regard to the opinion of the Minister of State Property and Land Affairs,
Having regard to the opinion of the governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia,
Issues the following decree-law :
إن رئيس الجمهورية المؤقت،
باقتراح من وزير المالية،
بعد الاطلاع على رأي وزير العدل،
وعلى رأي وزير أملاك الدولة والشؤون العقارية،
وعلى رأي محافظ البنك المركزي التونسي.
يصدر المرسوم الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
تصادر لفائدة الدولة التونسية وفق الشروط المنصوص عليها بهذا المرسوم وفي تاريخ إصداره، جميع الأموال المنقولة والعقارية وا
