Sont abrogées, les dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article 374, de l’article 402, du deuxième alinéa de l&rsquo

Article one
The provisions of the second sub paragraph of article 374, of article 402, of the second sub paragraph of article 408, of the third sub paragraph, of the ninth sub paragraph

وبعد موافقة مجلس النواب ومجلس المستشارين،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
ألغيت أحكام الفقرة الثانية من الفصل 374 والفصل 402 والفقرة الثانية من الفصل 408 والفقرات الثالثة والتاسعة والعاشرة من الفصل 410 ثالثا والفصل 410 ثالثا مكرر والفصل 411 والفقرة الرابعة من الفصل 411 رابعا والفصل 411 سادسا والفصل 412 ثا
