The President of the Republic enacts the following law:
Article one
Article 7 bis is added to the provisions of law n° 94-13 dated 31 January 1994 relating to fishing as follows:

يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
يضاف إلى أحكام القانون عدد 13 لسنة 1994 المؤرخ في 31 جانفي 1994 والمتعلق بممارسة الصيد البحري الفصل 7 مكرر الآتي نصه :
