The Minister of Finance,
Having regard to law n° 94-117 dated 14 November 1994, reorganizing the financial market and notably articles 26 and 67, as amended and completed by subsequent texts and notably law n° 2005-96 dated 18 October 2005 relating to the reinforcement of the security of the financial relations.
Orders the following :
إن وزير المالية،
بعد الاطلاع على القانون عدد 117 لسنة 1994 المؤرخ في 14 نوفمبر 1994 المتعلق بإعادة تنظيم السوق المالية وخاصة الفصلين 62 و68 منه، كما تم تنقيحه وإتمامه بالنصوص اللاحقة وخاصة القانون عدد 96 لسنة 2005 المؤرخ في 18 أكتوبر 2005 المتعلق بتدعيم سلامة العلاقات المالية.
قرّر ما يلي :
