وبعد مصادقة المجلس الوطني التأسيسي،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الأساسي الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
تمت المصادقة على الاتفاقية بين حكومة الجمهورية التونسية وحكومة جمهورية الفيتنام الاشتراكية لتفادي الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرّب الضريبي في مادة الضرائب على الدخل، الملحقة بهذا القانون الأساسي والمبرمة بتونس في 13 أفريل 2010.
