يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصّه :
فصل وحيد
تمّت المصادقة على البروتوكول المالي بين حكومة الجمهورية التونسية وحكومة الجمهورية الفرنسية المتعلق بإنجاز دراسة مساعدة تتعلق بمشروع تجديد السكة الحديدية بين صفاقس وقفصة وقابس، الملحق بهذا القانون والمبرم بتونس في 4 جويلية 2013.
