وبعد مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب.
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
يهدف هذا القانون إلى ضبط الوظائف المدنية العليا التي يختص بها رئيس الحكومة تطبيقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
الفصل 2
تعد وظائف مدنية عليا على معنى هذا القانون :
أولا : على مستوى الهياكل المركزية :
ـ رئيس أو مدير ديوان رئيس الحكوم
