Le ministre des finances,
Vu la loi constituante n° 2011-6 du 16 décembre 2011, portant l’organisation provisoire des pouvoirs publics,
Vu le décret-loi n° 2011-117 du 5 novembre 2011, portant organisation de l'
The Minister of Finance,
Having regard to the constituent law n° 2011-6 dated 16 December 2011, relating the provisional organization of the public authorities,
Having regard to the decree-law n° 2011-117 dated 5 November 2011, organizing the activity of the micro finance institutions.
Orders the following :

إن وزير المالية،
بعد الاطلاع على القانون التأسيسي عدد 6 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 16 ديسمبر 2011 المتعلق بالتنظيم المؤقت للسلط العمومية،
وعلى المرسوم عدد 117 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 5 نوفمبر 2011 المتعلق بتنظيم نشاط التمويل الصغير.
قرر ما يلي :
