Les articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ,6 et 8 de la loi n° 2015-53 du 25 décembre 2015, portant loi de finances pour l&rsquo

The President of the Republic shall enact the following law:

The articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of law n°2015-53 dated 25 December 2015, relating to the appropriations’ law for the year 2016 are amended as follows:

وبعد مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب. يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
نقحت الفصول 1 ،2 ،3 ،4 ،5 ،6 ،و8 من القانون عدد 53 لسنة 2015 المؤرخ في 25 ديسمبر 2015 والمتعلق بقانون المالية لسنة 2016 كما يلي :

يرخص بالنسبة إلى سنة 2016 ويبقى مرخصا في أن يستخلص لفائدة ميزانية الدولة المقابيض المت
