يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
ـ تعوّض تسمية "ديوان قيس الأراضي ورسم الخرائط" الواردة بالقانون عدد 100 لسنة 1974 المؤرخ في 25 ديسمبر 1974 المتعلق بإحداث ديوان قيس الأراضي ورسم الخرائط بتسمية " ديوان قيس الأراضي والمسح العقاري ".
