وباقتراح من وزير التشغيل والإدماج المهني للشباب،
بعد الاطلاع على القـانون عدد 30 لسنة 1960 المؤرخ في 14 ديسمبر 1960 المتعلق بتنظيم أنظمة الضمان الاجتماعي، مثلما تم تنقيحه وإتمامه بالنصوص اللاحقة،
وعلى مجلة الشغل الصادرة بمقتضى القـانون عدد 27 لسنة 1966 المؤرخ في 30 أفريل 1966 مثلما تم تنقيحها وإتمامها بالنصوص اللاحقة،
