باقتراح من وزير التكوين المهني والتشغيل،
بعد الاطلاع على القـانون عدد 30 لسنة 1960 المؤرخ في 14 ديسمبر 1960 والمتعلق بتنظيم أنظمة الضمان الاجتماعي، وعلى جميع النصوص التي نقحته أو تممته وخاصة القـانون عدد 51 لسنة 2007 المؤرخ في 23 جويلية 2007،
وعلى مجلة الشغل الصادرة بمقتضى القـانون عدد 27 لسنة 1966 المؤرخ في 30 أفريل 196
