Sous réserve des dispositions de la loi n° 95-21 du 13 février 1995, relative aux immeubles domaniaux agricoles et notamm

Article one
Subject to the provisions of law n° 95-21 dated 13 February 1995, relating to the agricultural state buildings and notably its article 11, of decree-law n° 2011-37 dated 14

و بعد مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصّه :
الفصل الأول
مع مراعاة أحكام القانون عدد 21 لسنة 1995 المؤرخ في 13 فيفري 1995 والمتعلق بالعقارات الدولية الفلاحية وخاصة الفصل 11 منه، وأحكام المرسوم عدد 37 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 14 ماي 2011 والمتعلق باجراءات ظرفية لمساندة الناشطين في قطاع الفلاحة
