باقتراح من وزير النقل والتجهيز،
بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم عدد 14 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 23 مارس 2011 المتعلق بالتنظيم المؤقت للسلط العمومية،
وعلى مداولة مجلس الوزراء،
