وبعد الإطلاع على القانون عدد 58 لسنة 2010 المؤرخ في 17 ديسمبر 2010 المتعلق بقانـون المالية لسنـة 2011،
وعلى المرسوم عدد 14 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 23 مارس 2011 المتعلق بالتنظيم المؤقت للسلط العمومية،
وعلى مداولة مجلس الوزراء
