Article premier

وبعد مصادقة مجلس نواب الشعب،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصّه :
الفصل الأول
تعوض عبارة "الأراضي التي تقل مساحتها عن 50 هكتارا" الواردة بالفقرة الثالثة من الفصل 3 من القانون عدد 47 لسنة 2013 المذكور بعبارة "الأراضي التي لا تتجاوز مساحتها 50 هكتارا".
