يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
تلغى أحكام الفصلين 381 و384 والنقطة الخامسة من الفصل 377 ثالثا والفقرة الأولى من الفصل 394 من مجلة الحقوق العينية وتعوّض بالأحكام التالية :
