يصدر رئيس الجمهورية المؤقت القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
طبقا لأحكام الفصل 28 من الدستور، يفوض إلى رئيس الجمهورية المؤقت اتخاذ مراسيم ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا القانون بالرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية وإلى غاية انتهاء مهامه وذلك في المجالات التالية :
