La chambre des députés et la chambre des conseillers ayant adopté,
Le Président de la République promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :
Article unique
Est ajoutée aux dispositions de l’article 234 du code du travail l’expression suivante : « et 152-2 »

Shall be added to the provisions of article 234 of the labor code, the following expression: “and 152-2” and inserted according to the order set in this articl
باسم الشعب،
و بعد موافقة مجلس النواب ومجلس المستشارين،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
فصل وحيد
تضاف إلى أحكام الفصل 234 من مجلة الشغل العبارة التالية : "و152 ـ 2" وتدرج حسب الترتيب الوارد بهذا الفصل.
ينشر هذا القانون بالرائد الرسمي للجمهورية التونسية وينفذ كقانون من قوانين الدولة.
