Les dispositions de l’article 182 du code de procédure civile et commerciale sont abrogées et remplac&eacut

وبعد موافقة مجلس النواب ومجلس المستشارين،
يصدر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الآتي نصه :
الفصل الأول
تلغى أحكام الفصل 182 من مجلة المرافعات المدنية والتجارية وتعوّض بالأحكام التالية :
الفصل 182 (جديد)
يرفع الطعن بعريضة كتابية يقدمها محام إلى كتابة المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم المطعون فيه.
