إن وزير الفلاحة والموارد المائية،
بعد الاطلاع على القـانون عدد 95 لسنة 2005 المؤرخ في 18 أكتوبر 2005 والمتعلق بتربية الماشية وبالمنتجات الحيوانية وخاصة الفصل 3 منه،
وعلى الأمـر عدد 419 لسنة 2001 المؤرخ في 13 فيفري 2001 والمتعلق بضبط مشمولات وزارة الفلاحة،
وعلى الأمـر عدد 370 لسنة 2006 المؤرخ في 3 فيفري 2006 والمتعلق بضبط إجراءات وصيغ الاست
