Vu le décret-loi n° 2011-14 du 23 mars 2011, portant organisation provisoire des pouvoirs publics,
Vu la délibération du conseil des ministres.
Prend le décret-

On a proposal from the Minister of Transport and Equipment,
Having regard to decree-law n° 2011-14 dated 23 March 2011, relating to the temporary organization of the authorities,
Having regard to the deliberation of the Council of Ministers,
Enacts the following decree-law:
Article one
إن رئيس الجمهورية المؤقت،
باقتراح من وزير النقل والتجهيز،
بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم عدد 14 لسنة 2011 المؤرخ في 23 مارس 2011 المتعلق بالتنظيم المؤقت للسلط العمومية،
وعلى مداولة مجلس الوزراء،
يصدر المرسوم الآتي نصه :
